TicketPlan Group are one of the leading cancellation protection insurance providers in the UK and in Europe.

TicketPlan required a complex system with multi-language multipart forms to collect insurance claim information (including secure documents) from people who purchased their tickets insurance in the UK and EU.

Along with this they required a robust admin system that has user tracking and detailed reporting tools.

What
we did.

We worked closely with the client to create a bespoke online system to manage all the claims that TicketPlan receive. The development was delivered in stages with phase one delivering the newly designed website and primary claims management system. Phase two added enhanced reporting, data collection and advanced admin features. 

The complex claim forms were designed in a four-step process that allowed users to work logically through each step of their claim. Clear instructions on what information the user needed before commencing the form were also introduced to increase speed and efficiency. The claim forms were made responsive for smart phones and tablet users.

For the foreign language forms where the content needed to be legally accurate, hardcoded translations were used. For other pages we implemented the Google Translate tool for general translations.

result.

The development of this bespoke system has allowed TicketPlan to quickly and efficiently deal with claims, and in turn this has allowed them to grow their business by offering their services to more ticketing agents and vendors.

We continue to provide TicketPlan with technical support and develop the claims system with additional and enhanced functionality.
