we did.

We worked closely with Open Door to design and develop a new website that clearly communicates their services and values. We began by restructuring the site to include dedicated pages for each of their core services - counselling, mentoring, and advocacy - making it easier for users to navigate and find the support they need. Throughout the site, we introduced clear and consistent calls to action to encourage users to get in touch, make referrals, or seek help directly.

Visually, we refreshed the site’s design by incorporating Open Door’s brand colours and adding subtle graphical flourishes to create a welcoming, professional look and feel. To enhance emotional connection and relevance, we carefully selected imagery that aligned with each service area.

Finally, the site was fully optimised for search engines, improving its visibility in Google search results and ensuring that young people and families can find Open Door more easily when they need support.
