Oldhams of Westcliff are a family run business and has been frying up fish and chips to residents in Leigh on Sea, Westcliff and Southend since 1967.
Having worked on the last iteration of the Oldhams website from 2016 they engaged us to design a new website. The brief was to retain their excellent online ranking while updating the site with a new visual design and better mobile interface.
We revamped the website with a fresh, modern design, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices, especially on mobile. The mobile version was significantly improved for better navigation and quicker load times, enhancing user engagement.
Additionally, the page structure was optimized by merging redundant pages, simplifying the site’s layout, and making it more intuitive for visitors. These changes not only improved the overall aesthetic of the site but also made it more user-friendly, providing customers with faster access to menus and offers.
