Based in Southend, Marshall Bull Trending Tiles offer an eclectic range of Italian designer tiles for bathrooms, kitchens and living spaces.
Having worked with Marshall Bull one their website and brand since 2013 they engaged us to design and develop a new website and update the logo and associated brand.
For the site it was important to put the focus on the products, while creating a simple yet functional site that allowed the customer to easily browse the different categories and products. We reorganised the products into better, simpler categories and used large product images and galleries to highlight the products.
A clean minimal aesthetic was the order of the day clearly placing the emphasis on the excellent product images. The addition of a ‘mood board’ allowed customers to save products to a wish list for later viewing.
The brief was to retain their clean minimalist aesthetic when developing their new logo and brand.
We chose a striking yet simple font in black on a white background that perfectly reflects the look and feel of the business. A tagline ‘Trending Tiles’ was added to the logo to help identify the business with its industry when used online and in promotional material. Variations of the logo were created to work on shop signage and in print.
The result is a minimalist brand and website that fits perfectly with the approach of the business and is regularly commented on by customers and suppliers.
We filmed and produced this video for Marshall Bull to highlight their amazing showroom and the quality of the product range they offer. Video is a great way to promote your business and engage customers online, from this video customers get a really good idea of the showroom and business and it entices them to visit the showroom in person.
